Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

This lecture aims to introduce students to the fundamental theoretical principles of law, its methodology and its international aspects. Students will be introduced to important legal methods like interpretation or analogy, and will be able to familiarize themselves with the most important international approaches for the theoretical inquiry into law. The lecture also aims to prepare students for the   "StEOP Modulprüfung Introduction to Law and its International Aspects".

The exam aims to test the student's overall comprehension of the materials listed below (cf. Prüfungsstoff) and the contents discussed in the lecture. Students should therefore be familiar with the texts of the Collected Materials and should have followed the units of the lecture closely. Those units are availaible on the Moodle platform
