Mag. Lisa Maria Schütt - Curriculum vitae

Lisa Schütt finished her law degree at the University of Vienna (Mag.a iur., 2020). In 2019 she spent one semester at the University of Sydney as an exchange student. From 2022 until 2024 she did an LL.M. in Chinese and Comparative Law at the Universities of Goettingen and Nanjing, for which she received a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service. She has also been a Chinese Studies student at the University of Vienna and spent two terms at NSYSU in Taiwan as a language student.

During her studies she already gathered first professional experience working in a law firm in Vienna. She also worked as a student assistant at the University of Vienna’s Department for Legal and Constitutional History (Prof. Neschwara) in 2017, and at the Department of Commercial and Business Law (Prof. Torggler) from 2018-2019. From October 2020 until March 2021 she was a project staff at the chair of Prof. Torggler.

Since October 2024 she is a research assistant with Prof. Thomale.
