Mag. Niklas Ludvik - Curriculum vitae

Niklas Ludvik studied law and received a masters’ degree from the University of Vienna (March 2023). During his masters’ degree he worked as a student assistant at the department of Labour and Social Security Law at the chair of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Brameshuber and at the department of Commercial and Business Law at the chair of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Chris Thomale, LL.M. (Yale). He completed an exchange semester at the University of Edinburgh and represented the University of Vienna’s team at the Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition on European Labour Law. He has been awarded several merit scholarships for his academic achievements.

Since May 2023 Niklas Ludvik has been working as a scientific research assistant ("prae doc") on a project on European reorganisation law at the department of Commercial and Business Law at the chair of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Chris Thomale, LL.M. (Yale).
